This support is centered on quality of life, values, and what matters most — for both you and your loved one.

This option may be a good fit if you are:

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from support.


WHAT SUPPORT CAN INCLUDE

Each session is individualized and responsive to your situation. Support may include:

  • clarifying priorities and concerns

  • thinking through decisions and options

  • preparing for conversations with healthcare providers or family

  • discussing quality-of-life considerations

  • processing emotional or caregiver fatigue

Sessions are paced intentionally and guided by your needs.


HOW SESSIONS WORK

  • One (1) 60-minute individual session

  • Conducted virtually

  • Focused on your caregiving situation and questions

  • No pressure to continue beyond the session

Some caregivers use this session as a standalone support. Others choose to continue with additional support as needs evolve.


**OPTIONAL WELL-BEING SUPPORT

(Only Available in Person)

Some caregivers choose to incorporate optional well-being tools, such as Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, to support grounding and stress regulation following emotionally heavy conversations.
