Navigating unfamiliar territory

Caring for someone with serious illness, decline, or complex needs often involves navigating unfamiliar territory. Many caregivers find themselves managing information, emotions, responsibilities, and decisions all at once.

Caregiver Navigation & Support Services provide a place to slow the process down, ask questions, and gain clarity — without pressure or urgency.

Who are these services for

Caregiver Navigation & Support Services may be helpful if you are:

  • caring for a loved one with serious illness or decline

  • feeling unsure about what comes next

  • managing emotional or decision fatigue

  • seeking support that is compassionate and non-judgmental

You do not need to be at a particular stage to begin. Support is available whenever it feels helpful.

How support is offered

Support may be offered through individual caregiver sessions or through support that includes both the caregiver and loved one together, depending on needs and preferences.

Optional well-being tools, including Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, may be incorporated when appropriate to support grounding and stress regulation. These tools are always optional.
