Founder & Quality of Life Navigator at Tree of Life Health Consultant
I am a palliative care nurse practitioner, end-of-life doula, and Quality of Life Navigator with years of experience supporting individuals and families through serious illness, decline, and end-of-life transitions.
I have witnessed how often caregivers are expected to be strong, informed, and resilient — without adequate support.
My work centers on helping caregivers slow things down, make sense of complexity, and feel steadier as they navigate decisions and emotions.
Support is always grounded in compassion, respect, and quality of life.

Reflections from Caregivers
When a dear friend of mine became very ill, we began exploring hospice care. We quickly realized how emotional, confusing, and overwhelming the process could be.
I reached out to Elena for guidance. She helped us think through the decision and provided a list of thoughtful questions to ask, which gave us clarity and a sense of control. While the paperwork is in place, his condition has improved, and we have not needed to move forward at this time.
— Bonita Carter, RN, Family Friend
Elena was a tremendous resource to my family as we navigated the decline and death of my grandmother.
From the very first call, she made us feel like a priority. Her guidance and presence were invaluable during such a difficult time. I am deeply grateful for her kindness, compassion, and knowledge.
