What VR Well-Being Support is
VR Well-Being Support uses carefully selected, calming virtual environments to provide a brief, immersive experience that can help regulate the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
These experiences may support:

grounding after emotionally heavy conversations

calming the body during heightened stress or anxiety

brief mental rest from constant vigilance or worry
-
a sense of presence, peace, or gentle distraction
The experience is guided, optional, and adapted to comfort and tolerance.

VR Well-Being Support may be helpful for:
