Navigate your family's serious illness with clarity and confidence.

The Guided Caregiver Experience

A 7-week experience for family caregivers navigating serious illness who are overwhelmed, isolated, and running on empty — so they can face what lies ahead with clarity, confidence, and the knowledge that they are not alone.

Next Experience Begins September 22, 2026

What You Are Really Carrying

Underneath planning, the appointments, and the to-do lists, there are three things almost every caregiver is quietly asking for.

To Understand What Is Actually Happening

Not vague reassurance. Real clarity about the diagnosis, what is coming, and what it means, explained in language you can actually use.

Permission to Have Needs of Your Own

You have been telling yourself your needs come second. They do not. Your well-being is part of this, not a luxury you earn later.

To Stop Carrying This Alone

Not another well-meaning "let me know if you need anything." Real companionship from someone who has stood exactly where you are standing.

Yes, I'm Ready to Navigate This, Together

I Know Where You Are Right Now

You are a spouse, adult child, or family member actively caring for someone with a serious illness and most days, you feel like you are managing everything and understood by no one.

You may not fully understand what the diagnosis means, what is coming, or how to prepare, and that uncertainty, is exhausting in ways you cannot fully explain to the people around you.

You may have made promises you are not sure you can keep, and the thought of breaking them fills you with a guilt you have not told anyone about.

So, you keep doing most things the way you have always done them

You keep showing up, keep saying you are fine, keep telling yourself that asking for help means you are not doing enough. And the cost is quiet:

  • the sleep you are not getting
  • the friendships going untended
  • the version of yourself that is slowly disappearing inside someone else's illness.

What If, In Just Seven Weeks...

You Finally Understand What Is Happening

No more blindsided moments. You know what to realistically expect and what decisions lie ahead.

You Can Ask for Help Without Guilt

You have practical language to make specific, concrete requests from family, friends, and the medical team.

You Have Had the Hard Conversations

Before they are forced on you by crisis, with your person, your family, and your doctors.

You Know Who You Are Inside

A personal roadmap for what comes next, and at least one decision made entirely for yourself.

Introducing...

The Guided Caregiver Experience

A 7-week guided experience that walks family caregivers through the clinical realities, emotional landscape, and practical demands of serious illness — with expert guidance, community support, and the kind of presence that meets you exactly where you are.

You were never meant to do this alone.

  • Identify the limits you need to hold, and the promises you can actually keep
  • Prepare for and have the hard conversations that matter most
  • Reclaim your own quality of life as a non-negotiable part of the experience
  • Build a personal roadmap for what comes next
  • Join a community of people who understand without explanation

WHAT'S actually INSIDE?

Seven milestones. Seven weeks. One transformation.

WEEK 1

Safety & Belonging

Before anything else, you need to know this is a safe place. We begin by creating the conditions where honesty is possible.

  • Complete a Guided Arrival Reflection
  • Meet the people who will walk this road with you
WEEK 2

Naming the Reality

You cannot navigate something you have not named. You name the full picture of your situation, medical and emotional, clearly and honestly.

  • Understand what it means that treatment does not equate to cure
  • Discover that naming the hardest things is an act of care
WEEK 3

Asking for Help

The belief that asking for help is a sign of failure is one of the most common stories caregivers carry. This week, you dismantle it.

  • Build practical language for real requests
  • Complete the Advocacy Language Workshop
WEEK 4

Limits & Sustainability

A limit is not an abandonment. It is the line between what you can sustain and what will destroy you.

  • Map your real limits and hold them without guilt
  • Learn the difference between promises you cannot keep and promises you can
WEEK 5

The Hard Conversations

The conversations you have been avoiding are no more dangerous than the silence. You prepare for the ones that matter most.

  • Practice hard conversations in a safe space
  • Join a guest session with additional expert support
WEEK 6

Quality of Life

Your well-being is not a luxury. It is the foundation your caregiving stands on.

This Is Not That

This is not a generic course that sits unfinished on a shelf.

It is a guided, live, small-group experience built for exactly where you are right now.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Hi. I'm Elena.

In 2004, my mother was seriously ill. I was not a nurse yet. I was a daughter, a mother with three school-aged children, living in one room in my parents' home while my husband was stationed in another state. I did not know that treatment does not equate to a cure.

I willingly stayed to help care for my mother. As a caregiver on any given day, sometimes in the same hour, I felt resentment, guilt, and conflict alongside my love. I did not name any of it, because naming it felt like a lack of faith. So, I carried it silently.

I proudly became a nurse in 2008 and a nurse practitioner in 2016. As a medical professional, advocate, and quality of life navigator, I carry my mother's story into every space I enter.

I come alive at the threshold, the place where most people step back. You need someone who is not afraid of what is true.

That is what I offer.

HERE'S WHY YOU won't REGRET THIS

  • You are not doing this in a large, anonymous group. Maximum 8 participants means you are known, seen, and remembered week to week.
  • You will leave with language and tools you can use in the next hard conversation, not just information you meant to apply someday.
  • This was built by someone who was the frightened family member in the room before she was ever the clinician.
Step Into the Caregiver Experience

What's Standing Between You and Saying Yes?

If you are caring for someone you love through a serious illness, and you feel you are doing it mainly alone, afraid, and without the support you actually need, then this experience was made for you.

You have been showing up for everyone else.It is time for someone to show up for you.

You were never meant to do this alone.
